CARLA ALONSO, ART DIRECTOR
Carla grew up in northern Spain where she started her hairdressing career
at a very young age, inspired by her best friend's mother, who had a hair salon.
After 2.5 years of training at a beauty academy, she worked in well known salons in her hometown and kept on learning in academies like Tony&Guy and Cebado until she decided to move to Madrid where she worked for five years at the prestigious Rossano Ferreti hair salon where she learnt “ il metodo” the cutting technique that made this salon a international reference.
After this period was time for something new and she moved to Berlin, one of the most alternative cities in Europe, to explore new trends and styles.
Now you can find her enjoying hair and life in Lisbon.

Meet Adrielle our new junior stylist that is completing her hairdressing training with us to elevate her skills to the highest level.

"From a very young age, I developed a strong passion for hair care. I would watch countless videos on how to cut hair at home, and through that, I began to explore and learn about an entirely new world.

Over time, my interest grew, and I started cutting and coloring the hair of those around me. One of the most rewarding experiences was learning how to transform curly hair for people who were often hesitant to visit a hairstylist but trusted me with their hair. Seeing their smiles afterward confirmed that I was on the right path.

BRYAN JOHANN, STYLE DIRECTOR
Bryan was born in the south of Brazil and began his hairdressing journey at the age of 18, inspired by a past girlfriend. He quickly recognized the potential of the industry and discovered his keen eye for beauty and art.
As his skills matured, Bryan felt the need to immerse himself in a global capital of fashion and beauty to continue his growth and find new inspiration. This led him to São Paulo, where he worked in world-class salons and became a respected figure in the beauty industry.
Bryan's pursuit of excellence didn't stop there. He continued to train with Russian masters in Europe, constantly refining his skills to offer the best and most personalized services to his clients.
His specialties include a wide range of blonding techniques and vibrant edgy colors. He is also a connoisseur of hair fiber, cutting methods, personalization, and Visagism.
